This brooch is hand fabricated from Sterling Silver sheet, using the ancient technique of repoussé with hammer and tool to create a concave, organic form. The tactile texture on the front facing side of the brooch is created by hand tools to mimic the actual skin of a sea star.
This one of a kind piece features a blue sheen Moonstone set in gold, with yellow gold balls further decorating the tentacles.
This brooch is extremely light in weight making it easy to wear on a variety of fabrics.
