Delivery within New Zealand:

Jewellery:

All jewellery items will be shipped within New Zealand using NZ Post Courier/Signature required track packs.
The expected delivery on these packages is overnight, or 1-2 days with rural deliveries (if your item is currently in stock). If you require an item by a specific date, please let me know and I will try my best to meet your time frame.

Objets d’Art:

Sculptural Objects and Collector Sets will be packaged in protective packaging boxes and shipped using NZ Post Courier/Signature required. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Packaging and delivery of these items can take 1-4 days within New Zealand, allowing time to package the item safely.

If you do not see the delivery option at checkout that suits your preference, please contact me directly to arrange alternative delivery options.

Each item of Steph Lusted Jewellery or SLJ small-scale Sculpture has been crafted by hand and in many cases is one of a kind, so utmost care has been taken to create works of high quality. If in the unlikely event your item has been found to be faulty or damaged in any way upon receiving your package, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to either offer a replacement or to rectify the situation. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package. Please make sure your email address is up to date so you can follow the journey of your item if necessary.

Jewellery:

All Jewellery items will be shipped from New Zealand with NZ Post International Courier or International Express Courier service. For most countries, both options are available to choose from at checkout.
Prices vary depending on country zones.
If your country of residence is not listed in the country options for delivery, please contact me directly and I can look into shipping options for you.

Expected delivery times:

NZ Post International Courier: 2-6 working days/ (delivery to some countries 3-10 working days)
NZ Post International Express: 1-5 working days

Objets d’Art:

International Shipping options on these items has yet to be confirmed. Please contact me directly if you live outside of New Zealand and are interested in purchasing one of my Sculptural works and having this shipped to you. I can then provide shipping options for you to consider, based on the country in which you reside.

Possible Import taxes and fees

Please note that items being sent outside of New Zealand may be subject to import tax and/or duties upon arrival into the country of destination. When making purchases from outside of New Zealand, the N.Z Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% (NZD) is automatically removed from the items price at checkout, however your purchase may later incur import tax and duties (if the item is over a certain value) once the package arrives into your country of residence.

Please contact the customs office in your country of residence to find out if your purchase will be subject to these import taxes/fees as this does vary from country to country.
