Nature Studies, a new collection of works by Steph Lusted. These pieces have been inspired by close studies of nature, found both in her own backyard as well as further afield.

"In this collection, I utilize a variety of materials in each piece, which I think best represent each subject matter. I have used Moonstones, to represent droplets of water on a leaf, precious metals to create highlights, and carved organic materials such as bone, mammoth ivory, whale ivory and mother of pearl shell to convey form and colour as well as offering a textural contrast. I hope to bring life to each piece and portray the beauty of mother nature herself."
